On the occasion of its 6th anniversary, Sri Kalanidhi is organising a grand cine music nite, on 9th January, at Sri Thyagaraya Gana Sabha in Chikkadpally. Noted amateur singers of the twin cities will take part in this event.
Male singers such as A V Pulla Rao, M Jayaram, K Jagannatha Rao, N Bhanu Kiran, Y Anand Reddy, V Subrahmanyam and P Thyagaraju, and female singers such as Padmasri, Kasturi, Sujata, Narmada, Renuka and Amantha, will sing various hit songs from both new and old films. The music orchestra is by Srikanth and party.
Srikalanidhi was established in 2002 by Amantha, an amateur singer and a music lover, to promote movie music. Musical nites are organised every month, which are also a get-together for these singers.
