Speciality Chinese restaurant Mainland China is celebrating the Chinese New Year with authentic Chinese mouthwatering dishes that make your taste buds jive. The traditional Chinese believe a rich and sumptuous spread for the New Year, for it is a harbinger of abundance and prosperity in the year ahead. And so master chefs of Shanghai, Zhong Ye and Zhou Bai Yan, have been flown in to give the true taste of the Chinese New Year – abundant flavors and a rich variety of sumptuous dishes, created with fresh ingredients from China.
