If it swims and can be eaten, Peshawri will serve it to you in some exotic curry at its ongoing Seafood Promotion fete - Chef's Catch. All the stars of Finding Nemo come prettily decorated on your platter - Lobsters, Crabs, Prawns, Seerfish, Ladyfish, Squid and Pomfret.
The recipes come from the northwestern-frontier, rich tandoor cooked delectables that suit the palate of the men of mountains and wilderness. Lobster Lababdar comes in a silky yellow gravy, while Lasooni Dingha is Tiger Prawn marinated in ginger-garlic paste and then cooked in tandoori masala.
Crab Masala is spicy-Indian whole crab and Khatti Machli is fish marinated in tamarind and then cooked in a tandoor. Tali Machli (deep fried fish), Scampi Calamari (pepper spiced and tandoor cooked squid), Dariyayi Seekh (minced fish skewered into tender kebab rolls) are other exotic dishes for the gourmand to savour.
