Carnatic Vocal Concert By A Lalithadevi

Calling all fanatics of the Carnatic religion. Sangeeta Ksheerasagaram, in association with Sri Thyagaraya Gana Sabha, and in memory of Late Uppalapati Ankaiah, is organising a Carnatic vocal recital by Addala Lalitha Devi on 2nd September at Kala Subbarao Kala Vedika.

Addala Lalitha Devi is one of the renowned Carnatic vocalists of Andhra Pradesh. She trained under gurus like Late Sri Turayur Rajagopala Sarma of Madras and Late Sri Munuganti Venkata Rao, both famous exponents of carnatic music. Lalitha Devi is also a graded artiste of A.I.R.

On this occassion, Sangeeta Ksheeragaram would be felicitating Dr Bhoosupally Venkateshwarlu, MA, Phd, Dolu and Ghatam Maestro of Guntur & "Gaanadheera" Karlapalem Chandramouli, Vocal Artiste of Kurnool.

Sangeeta Ksheerasagaram has been organizing classical music shows in memory of Late Uppalapati Ankaiah. As a tribute to the legend, it promotes upcoming and established artists by inviting them to perform in these concerts.
