The Annual Secunderabad Club Open Bridge Tournament: Events in Hyderabad

REVIEW FOR THE ANNUAL SECUNDERABAD CLUB...

Ever burnt your bridges behind? Here's a chance to burn the bridge table with your prowess. The Secunderabad Club, under the auspices of the Andhra Pradesh State Bridge Association and the Bridge Federation of India, is organising the Annual Open Bridge Tournament at the club premises from September 1st to September 3rd.

The events to be held during this tournament are Team of Four Duplicate (T/4), Open Pairs and Board-A-Match. There will be Sikander Azam Memorial Trophy for T/4, Tejmal Surana Memorial Trophy for the Open Pairs and, Dr S P Luthra Trophy for the Board-A-Match events.

The registration fee is Rs. 600, Rs. 350 and Rs. 150 for the three events respectively.

The prize money at stake for T/4 Duplicates is Rs. 20,000 for the winner, Rs. 10,000 for the runner-up, Rs. 7,500 for the 3rd place and Rs. 3,000 for the 4th place.

For Open Pairs, it is Rs. 5,000 for the winner, Rs. 3,000 for the 2nd place, Rs. 2,000 for the 3rd place and Rs. 1,000 for the 4th place.

For the Board-A-Match event, it is Rs. 6,000 for the winner, Rs. 4,000 for the runner-up, Rs. 2,000 for the 3rd place and Rs. 1,000 for the 4th place.

This tournament is open to all registered players of the Bridge Federation of India.
