Liz Taylor may have made all her fortune from her 9 divorces, but for most of humanity, marriage is easily the best part of a married life. And this simple fact helps in significant redistribution of wealth. You'd need to check out the prices on this one to understand what we're talking about.
The ITE Group India is organizing an exhibition where total bridal ensembles for the bride and the groom will be on display for a period of 3 days. The outfits will be modern and traditional, with saris, suits, bandh galas, sherwanis, lachas, lehengas and ghagras displayed for sale. There will also be another section dedicated to gold and diamond jewelry and accessories apart from dress material.
About 30 manufacturers will take part in the exhibition. Some big names in the industry like Anshu Modi (ethnic bridal wear) and Sunita Aggarwal (designs from Chennai) will be on. There will also be a huge range of cloth material from Kalanjali and from Machilipatnam Co-operative that excels in handlooms and Andhra crafts. Nilambari's from Delhi will display a large spread of Benaras saris. You can find jewelry from Thewa and Empire Gold along with Meena Bazaar's gold and diamond jewelry.
Similar shows that the ITE Group had organized in the past have been quite popular in Delhi and in London. Please contact Geetika Sharma, Project Manager, at 339-2323 for further details.
