Scribble Artists Together, a non-profit organization, is conducting an exhibition at ICONART gallery, at Banjara Hills, from 1st July to 10th July. The timings of the exbhitions are 11:30am to 7:30pm.
The exhibition, titled 'And The Winners Are...', features the works of the winners of an all-India art competition held by Scribble Artists Together. The proceeds of the sales are used for the benefit of the artists and for deserving members of society in need of help.
One of the participants is Shalini Soni, an artist who has won many awards like the H K Kejriwal Young Artist Award by K H Kejriwal Foundation and the Mahua Art Gallery (Bangalore, 1998); a Certificate Of Merit for work in traditional painting for the year 1996-97 awarded by the Governor Of Rajasthan, at the State Handicrafts Prize Distribution Ceremony organized by the Rajasthan Small Scale Industries Corporation Ltd.
Another artist whose works are on display is Ramdas Tadka, who has many awards to his credit, including the Best Portrait & the Best Entry Awards at the Indian Academy Of Fine Art (Amritsar, 2000), the 1999 Bahusaheb Deshmukh Award, the V V Oak Smruti Award (Pune, 1998) and the Best Portrait Award in the Annual Exhibition of Sir J J School of Art (Mumbai, 1991).

Scribble Artists Together, founded on 19th November 2003, is a non-profit organization aiming to promote and celebrate art in the community. Among various activities, it supports upcoming artists by giving them a platform and helping them exhibit their works all over the country. Many distinguished artists from Hyderabad are now part of Scribble. For the past 5 years, Scribble has organized many successful workshops, art seminars and exhibitions in various art galleries. Scribble has more than 150 members all over India.
In the past, Scribble has donated to social service organizations, including the Home For The Blind And The Handicapped. In 2005, Scribble organized a special show of renowned artists to raise a fund for Tsunami victims, and donated all the proceeds to the Red Cross.
