REVIEW FOR AMRITSARI FOOD FESTIVAL

On the occasion of the Amritsari Food Festival from 15th to 26th January, relish on the spicy cuisine from the city of the Golden Temple at The Waterfront restaurant on Necklace Road. Guest chefs Manu and Kuljeet from Malerkotla, Punjab, will whip up some authentic dishes of Amritsar during the festival period.

The dishes are available a la carte for dinner only, and the menu has Tangri Kebab, Macchi Pudina Tikka, Reedi Wala Meat, Bhatti Da Murg, Wadiyaa Matar, Aloo Launji, Bharwan Aloo, Meat Belli Ram, Keema Curry, Sarson Ka Saag, Sahib Da Chicken, Magaz Masala, Amritsari Macchi, Pindi Chole, Shahi Paneer, Tawa Meat, Dal Makhni, Maah Di Daal, Makki Di Roti, Missi Roti, Amritsari Kulche and Lachedar Parantha. For dessert lovers, there are Jalebi Rabri Nal, Amritsari Halwa, Phirni and Gajrela. You can also start with a glass of Ahuje Ki Lassi as per Punjabi tradition.
