Emmanuel Finkiel tries to build a bridge across forever with his voyages.
Hyderabad Film Club is presenting the screening of Voyages, a film charting the lives of three holocaust survivors who are now in their old age.
Voyages is about three women who set out for different destinations - Poland, France, Israel - but they end up meeting each other. Riwka, age 65, is travelling in a sight-seeing bus on a road between Warsaw and Auschwitz.
Regina, also 65, believes she has rediscovered her father - an old man, now left without a memory. She is on her way to meet him at Paris.
Vera is a Russian woman of 80, and has just moved to Israel. In the Holy Land she expects to spend her last days. In her search for a long lost cousin, she ultimately ends up meeting Riwka.
Director Emmanuel Finkiel, born in France in 1961, began work as a director's second assistant.
