Chitra creates history by painting 'Her Story'!
Lakshana Art Gallery is hosting an exhibition of paintings and murals by artist Chitra. The exhibition, called The Layers, is a collection of murals in mono-color tones and shades. Chitra uses a delf hand in handling shades and lights and exhibits comprehensive understanding of form. His oils on canvas include 'Green Love', 'Camping', and 'Nostalgia' while 'Her Story' is a magnificient mural
Born in underprivileged circumstances, Chitra rose to fame when NTR commisioned him for his Cine studio. Soon he became an established artist and went on to exhibit solo as well as group shows. Over the years he has won numerous awards including the Gold Medal (state level) in painting, UNESCO club of Palnnadu award.
