Fusion 9 is organizing a global food festival from 13th June to 27th June. The festival will have 9 different cuisines from Italy, Spain, Lebanon, France, India, Thailand, UK, USA and China.
The menu for the fest will be a mixture of what is already being served at the restaurant, and the recipe for each dish on the menu will be showcased. Fusion 9 plans to bring in some of its own innovations and recipies during the course of this fest, and the ingredients for the dishes will be slightly different from the traditional ones. The presentation of these dishes will also be innovative, and the restaurant is trying out different versions of the vastly popular dishes.
Some of the popular dishes in the menu include Bang Bang Chicken, an American dish which has been innovated upon by the chefs; Crispy Polenta Cake, a Mexican dish served with parmesian cheese and bread; Burritos, another Mexican dish; Shawarma, a popular Lebanese dish; Shrimp Salad, an exotic sea food; and Risotto, an Italian dish in a different version with wild mushrooms & asparagus.
The inhouse chefs of Fusion 9 Sateesh and Raghu are in charge of the fest, and the food will be served a la carte for both lunch and dinner. Please contact 98489-68949 for further details.
