The Vivekananda Institute Of Human Excellence is conducting a 6-day course on guided meditation. The prescribed age for this course is above 15 years and above.
During the course, Srikanth Nanda will be elaborating upon the reasons of the lack of concentration among the school- and college-goers.
He will conduct training sessions on meditation, with the aim of developing sharper memory and intellect, and will also teach the participants, the art of controlling one's mind.

Hence, Ramakrishna Math has taken up a correct programme to make the people of Hyderabad perfect.
