From the School Of Fine Arts in Nice (France) comes Pascal Monteil, an artist with a somewhat unusual theme on his repertoire. Born in Nimes in 1969, Monteil grew up to be an artist with a difference. His scheme of photography is neither too abstract nor bland. His idea of photography includes fitting figures, polarization of colors, deletion of shadows, and treatment of textures that are slightly disturbed in the reading of the image, emphasizing on its strangeness and credibility.
Villes Imaginaries, as the exhibition is called, is Pascal's first endeavor in exhibiting his photographic genius in India. He is a popular artist in the global art scene with numerous exhibitions at various cities and countries across the world. A few of his recent exhibitions were held in France, Belgium and Canada. Villes Imaginaries, meaning Imaginary Cities, is one amongst the most acclaimed photographic expressions of his perspective excellence.
