Gampa Nageshwar Rao, working as a development officer at a premier corporation in the city, started conducting free personality classes for students in 1995. He wanted to provide the students something that he had lacked in his student life. According to him, most of the students who have a lot of knowledge fail to pursue a good career/job for the want of a good personality.
Along with his friends Sayyed Rafi and Venu Bhagwan, two reputed motivational speakers, he has trained quite a number of students and professionals in building up good etiquette and personality. Besides the free classes during the holiday season, all the three friends hold classes for personality development in their own respective institutions for a reasonable fee.
The training involves classes for public speaking, time management, interpersonal communications, interview techniques, etiquette, stress management, emotional empowerment, food habits, meditation, yoga, mock interviews and field experience.
