Venditera Vennela is a monthly program organised by the Vamsee Film Society, in which every month, a different genre of movies is celebrated. July is dedicated to the success of comedy movie writers, and is aptly called Kutumba Katha Chitrala Haasya Rachayitala Vijayam. The event features a lecture by Partha Sarathi Sankaramanchi, the famous comedy movie and dialogue writer, on 17th July, at Kala Subbarao Kala Vedika in Sri Thyagaraja Gana Sabha. The timings of the program are 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Partha Sarathi is a writer known for his rib-tickling comedies - Edurinti Mogudu Pakkinti Pellam, Apparao Ki Oka Nela Thappindi, Avunu Valliddaru Ishtapaddaru, Kabaddi Kabaddi and Donga Ramudu & Party. He has also penned dialogues, and has a flair for mixing comedy and drama in equal proportions. Many of his movies were box-office hits, and in this function, he will share his experiences as a writer, giving out tips on how to become a successful writer.
Dr. C Narayana Reddy will be the chief guest for the evening, and Vamsee Rama Raju and Vamsee Dharma Rao will be the honorary guests. The entry is by invitation only. Please contact Dharma Rao at 93922-37482 for further details.
