The festive season's is getting better and better, and now, there's an entire exhibition on the finer things of life, with the UpperCrust Show 2009 - A Food & Wine Exhibition, coming to our city this time. The food carnival is from 25th to 27th September at HICC, from 10am to 8pm.
The UpperCrust Show is a food and wine trade fair, where it brings together some big names in the food and cuisine industry, some international distillers, chefs, leading restaurateurs, food critics, and celebrities known for their discerning tastebuds.
The 3-day event features some products and services from the food and beverage industry, as well as an eclectic range of other related products made by market leaders and renowned brands of the world. The show also serves as a platform for those making an entry into the F & B industry, to launch their products and concepts.
The events include shopping of gourmet brands and food products from around 1,000 brands, free cookery demos by celebrity chefs, and talks & workshops by celebrities.

A wine and cheese tasting festival, a cigar appreciation salon, a grape crushing event, palate art, and food sampling stalls are all part of the show.
