The Teej Mela At Dhola-Ri-Dhani: Events in Hyderabad

The Teej Mela At Dhola-Ri-Dhani is an event that took place between 09-Aug-2002 and 11-Aug-2002 in Hyderabad.

What has the JKLF, Pervez Musharraf, Narendra Modi and George Fernandes as its
immediate neighbours? Rajasthan! No wonder Dhola-Ri-Dhani beats it any day as
a tourist attraction! This weekend, there's a lot happening.

Dhola-Ri-Dhani is organizing a mela for three days with entertaining programs like a musical night (9 August), a disco night (10 August), and Mehndi and Jhule competitions for ladies and children and famous Rajasthani folk songs and Ghumar dances by renowned artists on the final day.

The special attractions at the mela will be the mini train ride and the giant wheel. Handicrafts will be on exhibition and for sale, too. Along with all these, a couple of food stalls offering a variety of eatables will also be put up.

The entry is free for children up to 10 years of age, and is Rs. 50 for children
