And some entry, it appears to have made. It's being celebrated in 2 star hotels at the same time. Unless you want to believe that that is just a coincidence - starting date and all - you wonder what makes F&B managers fight over such things as kebab festivals. Is it that stressful a job?
Green Park is organizing a food festival called "Kebabs and Parathas" for a 5-day period. Apparently the festival is being organized to make this monsoon season a very special one with hot kebabs and parathas (or, what they teach you in Marketing 101 - anything can be a reason if it sells). The main course will be a spread of salads, special biryanis and Moghlai dishes and many desserts including gulab jamoons and jalebis.
Under the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes served here, there are Tangri Kebab, Adrak Ke Panje, Paneer Tikka Lasooni, Veg Lagan Ke Kebab, Shikampuri Kebab, Kheema Kaleji Taka Tak, Makhani Chooze, Murg Begum Bahar, Nizami Murg, Gosh Saagwala, Gobi Paratha, Mooli Paratha, Anda Paratha, Kheema Paratha, Chena Jalebi, Malpua and Malai Chumchum.
The fare is priced at Rs. 199 (plus taxes) per person. Please contact Tabitha at 375-7575 for further details.
