The Square, the international cuisine restaurant of Novotel Hyderabad, is hosting The Great Italian Food Festival, from 15th May to 1st June. Celebrity chef Andres from Novotel Rome has been specially flown in to whip up some of the famous cuisine of the country.
The buffet spread consists of 2 vegetarian and 2 non-vegetarian soups, 2 veg and 2 non-veg salads, 1 veg and 1 non-veg pizzas of the day, 4 pastas, 4 veg and 4 non-veg in the main course, and about 4 desserts. Some of the items are Tuscan Tomato Soup, Insalata Di Popili, Egg Parmediana, Broccoli Ciciliana, Fettuccine Verdi Con Spugnole, Cozze Alla Marcheggiana, Pollo Frito, Mozzarella Frita, Crostini, Veal Carpaccio with Tuna Sauce, Misto Gratinato, Parmigiana Di Melazzane, and live pastas, raviolis and spaghettis. For the sweet toothed, there are Tiramasu Nostrano, Mascarpone Cheese, Kalamata Olive Ice-cream, Liquorice Ice-cream, Cassata and Gelatos.
The buffet costs Rs. 875 on week days, Rs. 999 on Saturdays with the barbeque buffet, and Rs. 899 on Sundays, excluding taxes. Children will be charged about half the prices. The buffet is available for dinner only. Please contact the venue at 6682-4422 for further details.
