The Great Indian Kebab Festival

Time to linger, with delectation, on the subtle differences between Hyderabadi kebabs and those from the Indian north-western frontier. Copper Chimney gives you an opportunity with a feast of fiery Kebabs at the Great Indian Kebab Festival that is on till October 31st.

4 types of veg Kebabs include Malai-Paneer Tikka,  and Nawabi Khumb with Tandoori mushrooms, spiked with green chillies. 10 types of non-veg kebabs include Boti Kali Mirch with lamb, Jhinga Kalimirch with Tiger Prawns and Murgh Kastoori Kebab with good old chicken. Taftaan, chutneys and lachchas accompany each type.
