Samahaara Theatre Group is organising the fourth edition of the annual Samahaara Hyderabad Theatre Festival from the 8th to the 16th December at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan auditorium from 7:30pm onwards everyday.
This time, we get to watch five plays of various genres, including comedy, drama, surreal & experimental, performed by Hyderabad's young theatre talent.
The plays and the schedule are as below:
8th December:
Saturday, 7:30pm - Noel Coward's "Blithe Spirit" - Play In English By St. Francis Degree College for Women
Directed by Khansa Khatoon and Syeda Malliha Fatima
9th December:
Sunday, 7:30pm - Eugene Ionesco's "The Chairs" - Play In English By Nishumbita
Directed by Ram Mohan Holagundi
14th December:
Friday, 7:30pm - Michael Frayn's "Noises Off" - Play In English By St. Francis Degree College for Women
Directed by Maryam Sultana
15th December:
Saturday, 7:30pm - Rahul Varma's "Bhopal" - Play in English & Hindi By Dramanon
Directed by Rama Krishna Shenoy
16th December:
Sunday, 7:30pm - Swadesh Deepak's "Court Martial" - Play in Hindi & English By Samahaara
Directed by Nagaraju Pejjai
Passes of Rs. 100, Rs. 250 and Rs. 500 are available at the venue, and at Landmark stores (Banjara Hills & Begumpet).
