REVIEW FOR PUNJABI FOOD FESTIVAL

Santa and Banta are back this year at Utsav restaurant. With Christmas and Lohri festivities round the corner, Santa and Banta are again back this year, too, with the delicious and the spicy Punjabi Food Festival at the Utsav Restaurant, from 17th December to 3rd January.

A la carte, for both lunch and dinner, the starters include Paneer Taash Kebab and Amritsari Paneer Tikka. The main course has Paneer Punjabi, Mutter Paneer, Paneer Aloo, Sarson Ka Saag, Baigan Bharta, Bharwa Shimla Mirch, Paneer Pakoda, Alu Gobi, Ma Ki Dal, Dal Makhni, Dal Maharani and many more on offer.

For the breads, there is Methi Muli Parantha, Aloo Parantha, Gajar Ka Parantha, Rumali Roti, Tandoor Ki Roti and Makai Ki Roti. For the sweet-tooth, Gajrela, Jalebi, Rabdi and Sooji Halwa round up the menu. In the end, you could gulp down a glass of Masala Lassi.
