Score a goal without playing ball. The pawn is now in your penalty box. One Goal Chess Academy is organising a One-Day Chess Tournament at SBH Gunfoundry premises in Prabhat Towers, Abids on 25th August.
There will be competitions in the Under-15 Boys, Under-15 Girls and Senior Women categories. Around 100 boys, 40 girls and as many women players are expected to participate in this event.
The registration fee for all the categories is Rs. 100 per participant and the registrations are accepted till the tournament starts.
The concept of One Goal is that a person be decided on the one goal he wishes to achieve, and the academy helps him get there.
Amarnath, an international FIDE rated player and coach, is the promoter of this academy.
