Hotel Green Park is celebrating the week with 7 different cuisines, one for each night, at its restaurant, Tulips.
This Thursday, the restaurant will carry a North-India buffet dinner, especially prepared by Chef Dan Bhadur, and priced at Rs. 295. The meal will consist of chappatis, parantha or pooris, and curries that are made in ghee. There will be thick, creamy dals, vegetables seasoned with yogurt or pomegranate powder, and lots of greens like spinach and mustard greens cooked with paneer.
In non-veg, you can feast on Tandoori Chicken, Naan, Tandoori Roti, Butter Chicken, and Tandoori Kebabs. North Indian pickles, fresh tomato, mint, cilantro chutneys and yogurt raitas will spice the dinner up.
You can also enjoy North Indian desserts and sweets, made of milk, paneer, and dried nuts, and garnished with a thin sheet of pure silver. Plain Nimbu Pani and Lassi (iced buttermilk) make your repast more delectable.
