Hotel Green Park is organising a festival of Lucknowi food from 1st to 10th June at its exclusive restaurant Once Upon A Time. Master Chef Qureishi from Lucknow has been specially flown in for this festival.
The wide spread consists of authentic delicacies to tickle your palate like Kakori Kebab, Gilawati Kebab, Dora Kebab, Murg Awadhi Biryani, Nihari Gosht, Gobi Musallam, Ulta Tawa Paratha, Tandoori Roti, Sheermal, Taftaan, Shahi Tukda, Taal-e-Shabnam, Lazeez Lauki Kofta, Sultan-e-Dal, Chandni Murgh Lucknowi and Murgh Joshina.
Lucknowi food is known for the Mughal style of cooking. Tandoor dominates most of the cuisine. Known for the highly spicy and aromatic cuisine, the genre's speciality is kebabs.
