The Civil Engineering department of the O U College Of Engineering is conducting its annual technical festival on the 25th and 26th of March. This is the 10th edition of the fest, and the array of events includes:

Presentacie - A paper presentation on any of the following themes:

Geo-Technical Engineering

Transportation

Water Resources

Environmental Engineering

Structural Engineering

Genrostructures - A structural modeling competition using ice-cream sticks. The goal is to build the strongest possible bridge that can bear a matchbox car, using wooden popsicle sticks.

Spot Modelan - Beyond bookish knowledge and lectures, it is the spontaneous thinking of the civil engineer that plays a major role in crisis management, and in modifying structures. Spot Modelan provides a platform for civil engineers to showcase their spontaneous thinking abilities and skills.

Interroger - It is a quiz in which questions are asked from various fields of civil engineering.

My Click - This is an on-the-spot event exclusively for students with a penchant for photography, and can make a plane object a cynosure.

Crossword Puzzle - This is also an on-the-spot event wherein participants are required to solve puzzles based on the given clues.

AutoCAD - The ultimate drafting contest.

Athidi Vigyan - Guest lectures

Game On - A gaming event, whose line-up includes Counter Strike 1.6, DOTA and NFS Most Wanted.
