The Small Industries Service Institute, a voluntary organisation of the Ministry of Small Scale Industries, Government of India, is organising a Management Development Program on Project Management, from 2nd to 7th April, between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, at its premises in Balanagar.

The course contents are:

Introduction To Project Management
Selection Of The Project
Location Of The Project
Infrastructure Requirements For The Project
Use Of Network Analysis For Project Planning
Monitoring & Evaluation
Planning Projects By Program Evaluation & Review Technique
Use Of CPM, Cost Reduction Techniques, Work Study
Managing Project Resources Like Finance, Work Force, Material, Project Problems & Case Studies
Practicing an individual choice project as exercise, brain storming & discussion

Graduates & above in the age group of 20 to 50 years are eligible to participate in this program, but preference will be given to engineers, post-graduates, decision makers of small & medium scale industries & business enterprises, prospective entrepreneurs and individuals.

The fee for this course is Rs. 2,500 per participant. Successful trainees will be given certificates by SISI. There are only 30 seats, and admission is on first-come-first-served basis.
