Kuchipudi is a good cure for relieving the summer - and an overdose of it, is all the better!
A two day Kuchipudi dance ballet festival is being organized at the Ravindra Bharathi. The performances on the first day are: Mahishasura Mardhi by Sri Satya Kuchipudi Janapadha Nrithya Academy of Yellore, and Bhagavat Gita by Sri Nrithya Academy of Vijaywada.
The performances for the second day are: Abhignana Shakuntalam by Spandana Nrithya Academy of Cudappah, and Ekantha Seva by Sivasri Nrithya Kala Niketan of Srikakulam.
The Minister For Tourism And Culture Geeta Reddy will be the chief guest of the function. V. Nagi Reddy, Secretary to Tourism and Culture and Dharmavarapu Subbha Rao chair-man of A P State Cultural Council will also attend the function.
