We really hope you are not planning to be at Shilparamam for a dance concert on Diwali night. If you are, however, well, nothing arranged for a Diwali night anywhere will be bad, right?
Sandhya Arts Academy is organising a Kuchipudi dance recital by its dance group, at Shilparamam, on 21st October. The recital is being directed by Dr. M Venkateshwar Rao.
The group will be performing Sri Gananadham, Ashta Lakshmi Stuthi, Lalitha Ambika Sthavam, Natya Hela, Maheshwari and Om Durga. The group consists of 8 members, namely Venkateshwar Rao, Varun, Vijaya, Ravali, Vidita, Vamshika and Niharika. They will be accompanied by Raghunandam on nattuvangam, Indira on vocals, Sridhar on mridangam, Muralidhar Rao on violin, Srikanth for special effects and Jitender for make-up.
