The US calls foreigners entering its shores, "aliens". Well, we do not. We do not make them feel like that, either. Here's how we make them feel home when the rest of town is celebrating.
To make sure that the expats in town don't feel out of place on Diwali, Treasure Island is organising a party for them at its premises. The best part is, everybody else is welcome, too. So get ready to party through the night with DJ Rajeev, DJ Kanna and DJ Uttam playing Commercial, Hip-Hop and House music. You may also get to burst some high decibel crackers (which are banned in the city), apart from all the exhilarating fun.
And it's not just the expats either - even the ladies have some good news, as they get free drinks till 11pm. Couples get free invitations, and can call 98850-74002/92465-78772/98666-13038. As for the underprivilaged stags, Rs. 500 will be collected for entry. But if couples don't get invitations prior to the party, then Rs. 400 will be collected for entry.
