Rock is fading really fast. Other forms are growing by the day while this lies stagnant and disintegrating. But isn't that what rocks are supposed to do? Yes, but that is not certainly what rock music is supposed to do. Hence, all these attempts at rejuvenating this fantastic genre.
The Save Rock Foundation is calling all the rock fraternity for a night of their own - from classic rockers to hardcore head bangers. An event in association with the Sand Piper Loyalty Club unveiling ceremony.
DJ Black Jack will draw first blood starting the night off with some classic rock bands like Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, Roadhouse Blues, Led Zep, The Doors, Dire Straits, Queen and all the other men of rock.
Then the night will pass on its dark depths to the music when DJ Paul will bring on the metal mania for all the metal militia there. Metal, both old and new, will disturb the peace of the night - Sabbath, ACDC, Metallica, Rammstein, Sepultura, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Motorhead and other malicious musicians will scream for you.

Good cause will not go bad. Finally, someone is doing to save this genre. Will be there... loud and wild. Comeon Fellas, lets show our solidarity to this foundation and lets have a rockin'nite. Hope they do more events like these. How abt having a weekly one?

Even if its me!!!! I think the whole idea to keep rock alive calls for a celebration...i'm sure there is more in store!!! :-)
