Chef Srinivas and his team have gotten together and thought up some absolutely delectable combinations - dry-fruits, yoghurt, veggies, greens and exotic spices all cooked together and stuffed to splitting into Kebabs and Parathas.
There are 8 kinds of Kebabs with the Arabian/Indian theme. Sample this - The Arabian Paneer Tikka comes flavoured with garlic and is filled with dry-fruits. The Hariyali Shikhampuri Kebab is filled with ground spinach paste in yoghurt. The Mushroom Kebab known as Zameen Ke Moti is filled with mushrooms, malai and paneer...mmm. And the Gilaiseekh comes with corn kernels marinated in cream, along with spicy vegetables, skewered in a tandoor. And that's just a morsel of the feast.
The 8 kinds of parathas include Mushroon Pyaaz Paratha, Lasoon Gajar Paratha, Tamatar Papad Paratha and Tava Paneer Masala Paratha.
Now if that is making you ravenous enough to eat a horse, go ahead and indulge. This is as sumptuous and more delicious. The ala carte is served between 1200 - 1500 hrs and 1930 - 2300 hrs.
