Utsav is organizing a Punjabi Food Festival called Jaspal Di Bhatti where Punjab specials like Makki Ki Roti, Sarson Da Saag, Lassi, Chole Bhature, Mutter-Paneer, Tandoori Chicken, Baingan Ka Bharta, Bharwan Bhindi, Bodde Di Alu, Kadhi Pakori, Panchrangi Dal and Pindi Chole will be served.
In sweets, Gajjar Ka Halwa and Jalebi with Rabri (hot Jalebi floating in Rabri) will be special items costing Rs. 60 and Rs. 70 respectively. The prices of the dishes are between Rs. 65 and Rs. 90, while the rotis will cost Rs. 25 and lassi Rs. 55.
