The ITC Sangeet Research Academy is organising Sangeet Sammelan 2010 on 3rd & 4th April, at the Ravindra Bharathi auditorium. This annual 2-day event will feature several Hindustani classical musicians (Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, Tejendra Majumdar, Malini Rajurkar, Sameehan Kashalkar, Debashish Bhattacharya, Aniruddha Bhattacharya) and the Carnatic vocalist Dr. M Balamurali Krishna as well.

ITC Limited established the prestigious ITC Sangeet Research Academy (ITC-SRA) in 1978 with the objective of preserving and promoting Hindustani classical music. In creating ITC-SRA, ITC's endeavor was to establish a modern Gurukul, and revive the traditional Guru-Sishya Parampara. The Academy has organising concerts worldwide and has also undertaken research work in the field of Hindustani classical music.
