Wondering what a Gosthi Gaanam is? It's where a lot of people gather to sing together praises of the Almighty - something like an AIADMK party meet. And in case you're planning to attend one, this offers coaching classes, too.
In connection with the 499th Aaradhana Mahotsavam of Saint Annamacharya, the Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini and the Department of Culture are jointly organizing a Gosthi Gaanam at the statue of the saint on the Tank Bund on 7th April 2002 at 7.00am.
Dr Shobha Raju, the founder president of the Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini who has been serving the cause for the last 26 years, will conduct free training classes to teach Aaradhana Sankeertans from 30th March to 5th April 2002, daily from 10.30am to 12.30pm at Ravindra Bharathi. The classes will enable people to learn and participate in the Gosthi Gaanam. Interested persons can enroll their names by sending applications with their full particulars and a passport size photograph to the following address:
Annamacharya Bhavana Vahini
Plot No 8 & 9, First Floor
