The Hyderabad Film Club and the Friends Of Iran Society, Hyderabad, under the auspices of the Consulate General Of Islamic Republic Of Iran, Hyderabad, are organising an Iranian Film Festival from 26th to 30th October, at the Indira Priyadarshani Auditorium, Public Gardens. 8 films will be screened during the 5-day festival.
Today, the 3rd day, Engagement Party will be the first film to be screened. The film is directed by Davoud Movaseghi, and has Jamshid Mashayekhi, Soraya Ghasemi, Fatali Oveysi and Sirous Gorjestani playing the central characters.
Grandpa is a wealthy man. He decides to make his will and divide his wealth among his sons-in-law. But each time the family gathers to hear grandpa's will, it gets cancelled due to some excuses. Things turn awful when rumors fly that grandma is pregnant.
