You needn't wait till the year 2050 to meet the superkids Arthur C Clarke and other equally imaginative men spoke about. They are right here, in your town, in all their glorious variety, and they are going to walk the ramp on the 22nd of the January at the RTC Auditorium. Not the kind to buckle under pressure, these kids will answers the same questions Mr. and Miss. Universes do, with no concessions.
50 of them have already been picked from the first round that was held at Prasad's Multiplex earlier this month. They will have to introduce themselves and sub-categories such as Beautiful Hair, Beautiful Smile, Best Dress, Best Dancer, Best Singer etc. are also there to be aced. In addition, the theme Old Is Gold had been given to the children in the previous round, and they were asked to come dressed in costumes expressing it. The best such costume will win the Creative Mother prize.
This contest is being organised by Shishu, a children's club, and is being sponsored by DRS International School. Winners in the two categories (4-8 years / 8-12 years), will be awarded a crown, free admission into DRS school, and vouchers and coupons from Swapnalok and C Pearls who are co-sponsors of the event.
For further details, please contact Ms. Shashi at 92465-46079.
