Manch Theatre is presenting an English play, John Patrick Shanley's "Doubt: A Parable", on 23 December, at NIFT Auditorium, at 7:30pm.
Doubt: A Parable is a drama written by John Patrick Shanley, set in the 1960s at St. Nicholas Church School, New York. It won a Pulitzer Prize and a Tony Award.
In the play, the school's principal, a rigidly conservative nun, suspects a beloved and progressive parish priest of molesting an altar boy.
"Doubt can be a bond as powerful and sustaining as certainty", says the priest. Will it be?
