Hyderabad International Fashion Week: Events in Hyderabad

REVIEW FOR HYDERABAD INTERNATIONAL FASHION WEEK

The second edition of the Blenders Pride Hyderabad International Fashion Week 2012 is being held at Vivanta By Taj, Begumpet, from 22nd to 25th December, 7pm onwards everyday.

The show will witness 15 Indian designers coming together, including Mona Pali, Archana Kochhar (finale), Riyaz Gangji, Jattinn Kochhar, Swapnil Shinde and Shahid Amir.

This edition will include showings by two local designers along with 13 established Indian designers. Hyderabadi designer Ishita Singh has been appointed as the Host Designer for the event.

The event is expected to have a grand opening, with collections showcased by designer Krishna Mehta, Mumbai. The BPHIFW grand finale will have designer Archana Kochhar showcase her collection. Raja Banerji (GM - Marketing) from Pernod Ricard India - the presenting sponsors for the Fashion Week - said, "Blenders Pride has been at the vanguard of fashion with an association built over the years. The brands' participation only helps build this association further, and in an important market as well. We believe that this works well for both the brand and the Hyderabad Fashion Week."
