The NIIT Leda clubs started in the city 4 years back, and are 12 in number now. These clubs are franchisees of NIIT, and conduct primarily personality development courses for young children, along with courses in computers, general knowledge and academic curriculum. The courses typically last 6 months or 1 year, and the fee depends on the respective courses.
This is the 4th annual day of the clubs, and will see the kids presenting various programs like dances and skits. The clubs have been holding the preliminary rounds of a quiz competition, and the finals will be held this day. There will be a prize distribution ceremony for the winners of the quiz and several other competitions like painting and collage that have been held in the past weeks.
