Village Click beckons you - see some amazing paintings of life at a village fair.
Shrishti Art Gallery is organizing a display of paintings of Rajeshwar Rao, this week. This is a prequel to the exhibition which will be held at Sakshi Art Gallery, Mumbai, on the 29th of May.
Rajeshwar Rao has done his Masters in Fine Arts from Hyderabad Central University. He has been painting since last 15 years. He has also received Junior Fellowship from the Govt. Of India. Three of his works are being displayed in the Rubydoo Museum in East America, one in CCMB and one in L V Prasad Hospital.
This exhibition will showcase village life. Termed as Click, Click, Click, the paintings resemble photographs taken in village fairs. This exhibition will contain acrylic paintings on acrylic sheets, and will not be for sale.
