Literacy House is organizing a camp for upgrading teachers' effectiveness in classrooms. This course has designed and conducted by Dr K B Gopalam, former Director of All India Radio. Currently he is a media consultant and an expert in HR training.

The course includes classes on self-motivation for teachers, remedial feedback, helping weak students, motivating students to study, and teacher-student relations.

It will also include training on creating a learning atmosphere in classes, grooming the child, integrating academic excellence with life's processes, capability-based skill development, and developing communication skills. Teachers will also be trained in developing a system of analysis and feedback in their classrooms, and to maintain professionalism in teaching.
