The Lekhini Mahila Chaitanya Sahiti Sanskritika Samstha is organizing a book release on 10th July, at Kala Subbarao Kala Vedika, the mini hall of Sri Thyagaraya Gana Sabha. The book, Rendu Chandamamalu, written by Renuka Ayola, is a collection of short stories.
Ampasaya Naveen, a renowned novelist from Warangal and a Sahitya Academy Awardee, will be the chief guest for the occasion. Vasa Prabhavathi, a famous poet, will preside over the function. Sudama, a poet and writer, who is currently working at the AIR, will speak about the book. Also in the guest list is Janaki Bala, a popular novelist and story writer.
The book release will be preceded by a small cultural program. Kasturi, joint secretary of Lekhini Mahila Chaitanya Sahiti Sanskritika Samstha, will sing a few light songs.
Renuka Ayola, originally started off her career as a poet, but has also taken up story writing recently. She writes poems and short stories, which are published in weekly and monthly magazines. She has won many prizes and has published one book on poems.
Lekhini Mahila Chaitanya Sahiti Sanskritika Samstha was founded 3 years ago and conducts literary programs. Vasa Prabhavathi, is the president; Sulochana Rani, a popular novelist, is the Honorary President; and Janaki, a famous writer, is the General Secretary.
