REVIEW FOR ART CAMP

Artists may be born. But, that does not mean that they do not have to constantly hone their skills.

And, that is exactly what sixteen painters from India and abroad intend to do at the art camp at Kalakriti. The participating artists include the likes of Amal Ghosh, Baiju Parthan, Erin Harell, Giridhar Gowd, Jehangir Jani, Kavita Deuskar, Komu Riyas, Laxman Aelay, Prafful Mohanty, Sajid Bin Amar, Srinivas Chary, Sudarshan Shetty, Tina Bopiah, T V Santosh, Vaikuntam T, and Vijay Kumar.

There is also a talk on art by Ranjit Hoskote at 1600 hrs (at Kalakriti), a talk on films by Anand at Prasad film labs (1800 hrs) on 7 Jan, and a classical concert by Vidya Rao on 8 Jan at ISB (1830 hrs).
