Aao! Bajaao: Let's Drum Together: An Open Drum Circle (Session 18): Events in Hyderabad

Aao Bajaao is an open drum circle organised by Drumberries, which is now held every month in Hyderabad.

What Happens At The Event?

Each participant is provided with drums and percussion, and then, initiated by the facilitator, plays with everyone else.

The first session of Aao Bajaao was held in May 2011. The initial sessions were facilitated by VeHaan, to introduce the concept of a drum circle. Now, the circle moves towards innovations, and is completely open.

What Is The Participation Fee?

The participation fee is Rs. 100, to be paid at the venue, on the day of event. The seats are limited; available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Who Can Participate?

Everyone. It does not require any musical knowledge or experience.

Why Drum?

Drumberries says that interactive drumming is a unique experience in which one individual connects with others as well as his own self.
