It can be a bird, a plane, or even a man who wears his underwear on the outside. The Agri-Horticultural Society at Public Gardens is organizing a training program in vegetable carving, which it assures you will change the way you look at a vegetable hereon.
The classes will be for 3 days. On the first day, an expert of the Society will demonstrate how to carve and decorate vegetables into various birds, animals and objects. The next two days will involve intensive practical training sessions. It costs Rs. 350 per head for undergoing this program.
