Ramanaiah is a farmer who loves agriculture and wants his son Madhav to follow in his footsteps. But Madhav is attracted to city life and leaves his parents to lead a comfortable life with his wife and 10-year-old son Gagan. One day, Madhav goes to his village with Cagan to procure some money. His parents receive them with utmost affection. Having secured some money, Madhav returns to the city immediately. His parents feel sad but the presence of Gagan consoles them. Gagan is delighted to be in the village and gradually, he develops an interest for agriculture. Later, Madhav too accepts agriculture as a way of life. An overjoyed Ramanaiah showers his blessings on his son and grandson.
