As part of its monthly screenings of multi-lingual films for its members, the Hyderabad Film Club is screening a South Korean film titled Time, on 13th February, at Sarathi Studios in Ameerpet.
The film is directed by Kim Ki Duk, and has Ha Jung-woo and Seong Hyeon-ah as the central characters. Time is the 13th feature film by the South Korean director, and it premiered at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival on 30 June 2006. Unlike other recent films by the director, it contains a large amount of dialogue.
The story revolves around a woman who undergoes plastic surgery in order to refresh her relationship. She feels her boyfriend is getting bored with her, and thinks a new face will help.
