Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's the tourists, we suppose. We mean, who in Hyderabad would need a specialized Hyderabadi menu, when Paradise and Garden are open 365 days a year? And especially at a time when half the city's restaurants seem to be having the same idea? It would be quite interesting to know the financials of this.
In view of the ensuing Ramzan festival and the coming New Year, The Hub is hosting a food festival called 'Hyderabadi Food Mela' for 40 days. There will about 15 types of biriyani served here, with mushroom, jaffrani, Shajahani and gongura mutton. And kebabs of 23 varieties including makai sheek, bara, samunder sheek and fish pahadi will be on offer. And for the Haleem lovers, typical Hyderabadi Haleem made of tender lamb will be served.
