"The beauty Parlour'' a solo performance is a re- reading of our concepts of beauty and female body. The performance is based on Malayalam play written by Dr.Sreenath Nair.



The play develops after a young married woman tries to commit suicide in a Beauty Parlour. The solo performance portrays that ladies are not exhibits or commodities.
